There, she guided clients through the full spectrum of the homebuying experience—from site selection and financing to the intricacies of design customization and final closing. Her early work laid the foundation for a deep understanding of the homebuilding process and client care.

As a military veteran, Jeneice has personally navigated the complexities of relocating across borders, giving her unique insight into the logistical and emotional challenges families face when moving overseas. Her extensive global experience is the cornerstone of Bellavista Property Groups' mission: to simplify relocation and rental services with compassion, precision, and cultural awareness.
